At ( Da ) Drive Auto Sales, we offer a 30-day full refund policy covering the shipping, starting from the day you take possession of the purchased machine. During this period, you have the opportunity to carefully inspect your purchase and, if desired, request a refund or exchange.
If you decide to return the machine, it must be located at your location and payment will be made accordingly. We buy the machine at the original purchase price.
Please note that the machine remains under insurance coverage during this time, except in cases involving accidents caused by alcohol or drugs.
It’s essential to be aware that returns cannot be processed if the machine has been modified, involved in an accident, damaged, not in its original delivered condition, or used as loan collateral.
Should you opt to return the machine, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the machine meets the criteria outlined above, we will authorize the return within 30 days.
